The Shun - our favorite trimming knife that we use for all of our meat.
Dexter Straight-blade Slicer - you will see us use a lot on the cutting block at our restaurant. It is great for delicately slicing tender cuts of meat.
Last, Dexter Serated Slicer - a very versitle knife. We prefer to use it to cut ribs.
KITCHEN:
Lavatools - an instant-read probe thermometer. We love it so much that we use it at home, too.
Cutting Board - Great, easy to clean, and colored according to what you're cutting (raw meat, beggie, fruit, etc).
Zep Spray Bottle - our go-to spray bottle for spritzing meat on the smoker.
Charcoal Chimney - useful for burning down coals before transferring them to your fire box on the smoker
